Hand electrodes for welding stainless steel
Austenitic type / for welding dissimilar steels
Complies with:
GB/T 983 E309Nb-16
AWS A5.4 E309Nb-16
A5.4M E309Nb-16
EN ISO 3581-A: E (23 12 Nb) R 1 2

1. Widely used for welding dissimilar joints of carbon steel and stainless steel, and welding martensitic and ferritic type stainless steels with low ductility.
2.Applicable to areas such as petrochemical industry, thermal power plant and other industries, also suitable for welding type 347 steel or surfacing carbon steel.
3.Suitable for welding cast steel.
1.Hand-held electrode with titanium-calcium coating for welding stainless steel, main composition: 22%Cr-12%Ni-Nb. The addition of Nb significantly increases resistance to intergranular corrosion and strength at high temperatures.
2. Stable arc, beautiful weld formation, fine flakes, very little spatter, easy slag removal, excellent fire resistance of the coating, good resistance to pore formation.
