Used for welding dissimilar materials from stainless and carbon steel, for surfacing a transition layer of metal on the internal walls of reactors in the petrochemical industry; also used for welding low toughness martensitic and ferritic stainless steels.
1.Hand-held electrode with titanium coating for welding stainless steel, the main composition is low-carbon 22%Cr-12%Ni;
2. The deposited metal contains an increased amount of ferrite and has low sensitivity to cracking;
3. The coating has excellent fire resistance and good resistance to pore formation, the mechanical properties of the deposited metal are stable, and the X-ray inspection pass rate is high.
