Applicable to petrochemical industry, high pressure vessel, low temperature tank, fertilizer, urea equipment, food processing equipment and other industries. Used to perform root welding of 18Cr-8Ni-Nb (SUS347) and 18Cr-8Ni-Ti (SUS321) stainless steel pipeline connections.
1.The main composition is low-carbon alloy 18Cr-8Ni-Nb; thanks to the addition of Nb, it has excellent resistance to intergranular corrosion;
2.When argon is supplied from the reverse side, a high-quality weld is obtained;
3. The weld has an aesthetic appearance, slag can be easily removed and has good welding properties.

1.Selection of power supply: DC-; welding current should be selected in accordance with the thickness of the sheet;
2. Shielding gas: pure argon;
3. Gas consumption: 10-15 l/min;
4.Perform processing of a suitable edge cutting shape;
5. To ensure complete penetration of the reverse weld and sufficient penetration depth, it is necessary to leave a root gap;
6.When welding, use a minimum amount of welding wire and quickly fill the weld pool. When feeding wire, special care must be taken to ensure that the filler wire is completely melted, otherwise slag residue may cause defects.
