BES-318
Electrode for manual arc welding of stainless steels (A212)
Austenitic type / for corrosion resistant applications
Complies with:
GB/T 983 E318-16
AWS A5.4 E318-16
A5.4M E318-16
EN ISO 3581-A: E (19 123Nb) R32
EN ISO 3581-B: ES318-16
Used for welding equipment for the production, storage and transportation of sulfuric and nitric acids, for example steels 316Ti, SUS316Nb, etc.
1.Electrode for manual arc welding of stainless steels with titanium-calcium coating, main composition: 18%Cr-12%Ni-2%Mo-Nb;
2.The addition of Nb based on 316 steel can effectively improve the corrosion resistance, especially the intergranular corrosion resistance;
3. Stable arc, beautiful weld formation, fine and uniform flakes, minimal spattering, easy slag separation, excellent fire resistance of the coating, good resistance to pore formation; the mechanical properties of the deposited metal are stable.
