Used for welding dissimilar joints of stainless steel to carbon or low-alloy steel, for performing the root layer when welding the facing layer of stainless steel on composite sheets, and also for making the root layer when surfacing 308 series stainless steel on carbon or low-alloy steels.
1. Titanium-calcium coated hand electrode for welding stainless steel, main composition: 22%Cr-12%Ni;
2. The deposited metal contains a large amount of ferrite and has low sensitivity to cracking;
3. Stable arc, beautiful weld formation, fine flake, minimal spatter, easy slag removal, excellent fire resistance of the coating, good resistance to pore formation.
