Suitable for petrochemical welding of duplex stainless steels containing 22% Cr such as 00Cr22Ni5Mo3N (SUS2205) and S31803.
1. Main chemical composition: 22%Cr-9%Ni-3%Mo-N;
2. The weld metal contains about 40% ferrite, and combines the comprehensive properties of austenitic and ferritic stainless steels, has excellent resistance to pitting corrosion and stress corrosion cracking;
3. Smooth wire feeding, stable arc, good seam formation, excellent fluidity of molten metal, minimal spatter, excellent welding properties.
