Purpose
Widely used for the manufacture of highly corrosion-resistant structures with high resistance to pitting corrosion in equipment for the production or storage of fertilizers, urea, 0Cr19Ni13Mo3 (SUS317) steel.
Characteristics
1. Titanium-calcium coated stainless steel hand electrode, main composition: 18%Cr-12%Ni-3%Mo, has excellent pitting resistance;
2. Stable arc, beautiful weld formation, fine flakes, minimal spattering, easy slag removal, excellent fire resistance of the coating and good resistance to pore formation; the mechanical properties of the deposited metal are stable.
