It is used for welding heat-resistant products such as high-temperature furnaces, coal coking equipment, etc., and can also be used for welding dissimilar materials.
1.Handheld electrode for welding pure austenitic stainless steel with low hydrogen content, main composition: 25%Cr-20%Ni. It has stable performance at high temperatures and can be used in environments up to 1150℃;
2.Excellent welding characteristics, high fire resistance of the coating, good resistance to pore formation, stable mechanical properties of the deposited metal.

1.Use in accordance with the instructions for use of hand-held electrodes for stainless steel.
2.Preheating temperature and interlayer temperature should be kept below 150℃.
3. Since the weld structure is completely austenitic, the sensitivity to cracking is high, so the surface must be thoroughly cleaned before welding.
