BES-317L
Electrode for manual arc welding of stainless steels (A032Mo)
Austenitic type
Complies with:
GB/T 983 E317L-16
AWS A5.4 E317L-16
A5.4M E317L-16
EN ISO 3581-A: EZ 19 13 3 L R 1 2
EN ISO 3581-B: ES317L-16
Often used for welding structures with high resistance to pitting corrosion in equipment for the production or storage of chemical fertilizers and urea, as well as for 00Cr19Ni13Mo3 (SUS317L) steel.
1.Electrode for manual arc welding of stainless steels with titanium-calcium coating. The main composition of the weld metal: low-carbon system 18%Cr-12%Ni-3%Mo, has excellent resistance to pitting corrosion;
2. Stable arc, good weld formation, fine and even flakes, minimal spattering, easy slag separation, excellent fire resistance of the coating and high resistance to pore formation; the mechanical properties of the deposited metal are stable.
