Applicable to petrochemical industry, high pressure vessel, low temperature tank, fertilizer, urea equipment, food processing equipment and other industries. Used for root welding of expanded joints on 18Cr-12Ni-2Mo type stainless steels (eg SUS316L).
1.The main composition is low-carbon alloy 18Cr-12Ni-2Mo;
2. Does not require argon supply from the reverse side, allows you to obtain a high-quality weld;
3. The weld has an aesthetic appearance, slag can be easily removed and has excellent welding properties.

1.Selection of power supply: DC-; welding current should be selected in accordance with the thickness of the sheet;
2. Shielding gas: pure argon;
3.Gas flow: 10~15L/min;
4.Perform processing of a suitable edge cutting shape;
5. To ensure complete penetration of the reverse weld and sufficient penetration depth, it is necessary to leave a root gap;
6.When welding, a small amount of filler material should be used with fast filling, and the moving distance should be short. Particular attention must be paid to the transfer speed so that the welding wire is completely melted, otherwise there may be unwelded areas that will lead to the formation of defects.
